4kids swears on Okto?!

WOAH! okay, so I was watching Winx Club about 5 mins ago (say what you want, brother/sister (hey, i don't discriminate) I need a show to fill up my 7.30-8 cartoon fix) and THIS HAPPENED:
Sky: (attacks Brandon)
Brandon: (something something something) You know what, Sky? You're such a-
-sound cuts off-
Brandon: *mouth continues to shape a suspicious-looking word with 2 syllables*
(people continue fighting)
...
Me:
Ok, DID I JUST HEAR WHAT I HEARD? Was that a swear word, albeit a censored one, that aired on Okto in Kids Central mode (usually they just cut the whole clip out, grr)? Was that a profanity uttered from the lips of a conservative and overused 4kids dubber? Or was that all just a fragment of my fevered imagination?
Also, Sky kept calling Bloom a "witch" when it's quite obvious, in context, that he wanted to call her a-, erm, -dog of the female persuasion.
Is this the same network that angered so many anime fans with their aggressive censoring and cutesy voice dubbing? Only time will tell.

The writer thinks that when the fairies level up, they should have a more elaborate power-up sequence, rather than a 2-second clip with some woman singing "Enchantix". Ok, I understand that the original transformation sequence was with the aforementioned lady singing a whole Enchantix song in Italian, but hey, we have so much local talent, use them for dubbing and show the whole thing lah. Seriously.
