The importance of being Ernest and Adventurous 1 March 2009 11:10 am
HEY HEY HEY!!!

WOAH didnt post for a looong time. My blog is so dead. -_-

ANYWAYS. i think last last Friday (lol), i went to a play called "the importance of being Ernest". Yes, i realize it sounds very arty-farty, but BOTH my drama teachers were in the play (one was acting, the other was directing), and the play was REALLY REALLY GOOD. its about this guy called Ernest, who likes this girl called... (cant remember. lets call her Beatrice) Beatrice, who says the only reason why she likes him is because his name is called Ernest. But guess what? His real name is JOHN and he feels real guilty. So he asks Beatrice: "but what if my name isnt Ernest? would you still love me?" and she replies: "but your name IS ernest!" so Jack proceeds to the countryside to "kill" his non-existant brother called ERNEST (yes!) but guess what? Jack's friend, Armaggedon, comes disguised as his non-existant brother Ernest and falls in love with Jack's ward, called.. (lets call her Nicola) Nicola. and Nicola says the only reason why she likes Armaggedon is because his name is Ernest. SO Jack and Armaggedon tries to rebaptise themselves but Beatrice and Nicola finds out. But Jack and Armaggedon (AIYAH call him Army from now on) manages to reconvince them and they are still lovey-dovey. then in the end, guess what? Jack's real name, in the end, was actually called Ernest.

BUT I LOVED THE ENDING! Ernest went: "I now know, the importance of being Ernest" and everybody on stage turned their head to stare meaningfully at the audience before LIGHTS OUT. How dramatic! How marvellous!

and and and I just came back from Adventure camp and i have a wonderful tan mark. It was really really fun there! (BUT I DIDNT GET TO DO THE ZIP-LINE AND ROCK-CLIMBING) yeah. other than that, its great!
